Now I have finally settled down in Vegas!
The trip over the pond went surprisingly well despite the fact that it took much longer than it needed to.
Once again it’s been too long since the last blog! After Monte Carlo, where I busted out early on day 2 and early in the 5K shorthanded-event, I have not been playing much live poker. I have actually not even been abroad since Monaco. That must be a new record!
I went to San Remo with a good feeling that it was about time to show some tournament moves again. Unfortunately it was just the feeling: P
Play Johnny Lodden and win 1% of his potential winnings in EPT Monte Carlo!
I am currently sitting in the lobby at Jury’s Inn… I’ve just had breakfast and it is 4 o’clock. City is down by a goal to none and I am not feeling too well. I’ve got no ticket home, but it has been a great week anyhow!
As most of you know I have finally gotten a contract with PokerStars and I am now a member of Team PokerStars Pro :)
After Copenhagen we went to Thailand, where we have had a great time on Koh Samui. Unfortunately, I am once again sitting in Copenhagen and writing, while I wait for the plane home to Stavanger ...
At Bahamas I only played the Main Event and a 5k side event they had, but both went down the drain, so I had plenty of time to relax at the beach instead, something I didn`t mind at all. After about 10 days in The Caribbean the trip went back to cold, cold Norway…
Happy New Year everyone!
I was very disappointed with my play on the finale table in Spain, so I haven`t had the energy to write about it :P
Once the tournament in Prague was finished, me and Orjan decided to go to Gran Canary to look for some sun. Unfortunately there wasn`t any sun here so we decided to play the Spanish Poker Tour Final, which is held at the casino right across the street.
After two beautiful weeks of vacation in Barbados we went to Oslo for the weekend. The schedule for Oslo was simply to see friends and enjoy the city-life. This went according to plan:)
I would like to start by saying I am sorry that I have not been able to play the “Beat Johnny Lodden Heads Up” at Pokerstars the two last times. Simply because I played the Master Classics two weeks ago and I was on a plane going down here last week, but I promise you I will be back with a thunder this Wednesday!
As usually I started the day in a shabby way after a long night before, but I actually think this helps me, at least with the dealers they have here. You don`t get to play that many hands anyway..
I had no optimal start of the tourney because it got pretty late the evening before...But it was my first day in the city so I guess that was expected...
At first I would like to thank Mr. Lagerborg for a fantastic hospitality: D
Before the final table I was right off to bed because I was drop dead tired and because that is probably the smartest thing to do.
As I am sure the most of you have noticed, I am finally ready for my first final table in the EPT:D
Well, day 1 is over down here and as promised the blog is ready right on time. That means I am pleased with my day:)
